DIY Party: How to Make a Newspaper-made Gift Bag

What to Prepare: wire ribbon, glue, scissors, white paper lace pattern (round dishes lined), and newspaper.

Step 1: Cut the newspapers into sheets and then fold the edges rectangular notice in the middle as shown.

Step 2: Use fixed adhesive paper to overlap the edges.

Step 3: Fold a 5cm top to bottom of bag.

Step 4: The second you fold the short edge and then continue to paste the long edge is more than 2 seed in the bottom to form pocket!

Step 5: Wait for the glue dry, open hand pockets bulging.

Step 6: Now put gifts (candy, cookies, etc) inside gift bags!

Step 7: Fold the remaining 2 cm at the edge forming part of the bag down.

Step 8: Doubling the plate and lined paper bag taped over.

Step 9: Finally, you punch for ribbon threaded through and tied bow is finished.

Lovely Braid Hairstyle For Party

Do you love this hairstyle : braid & fluffy long hair? It's easy to make and It's my magic weapon to change my style from office to night bar.

Learn from the steps:

1. Begin with straight or wavy hair. Clip up a section on one side parallel with the arch of your eyebrow, and separate a 2x2" section just behind the top of ear.

2. Loosely braid the section, keeping the braid loose for length.

3. Free top section & wrap the braid around to the other side, positioning to your preference. Use one or two bobby pins to secure braid behind ear.

4. To create extra volume at the crown, gently tease and smooth with a boar bristle brush.

Lovely Dots Party Ideas

Yesterday I planed a lovely party adorned with all about dots. It was not held in gymnastics or bounce house, I chose one motor house which belonged to my friend. It was beautiful with blue inner decors with white dots.  

I also took my glasses with gold dots, blue chairs with white dots, tea cups with black dots, little "welcome" carpet with ice blue dots, dots balloons. 

My dress code for party guests was "Just dots". As well as dots dresses in various colors, my clever friends wore silk socks, headpieces, wraps, heels, glasses, nails, even the underwear embellished with dots!  

For the desserts, I asked for yummy cupcakes with dots wrappers. Of course, the large dots cakes were also yummy, but for saving budgets & no wasting, small cupcakes with sparkles were enough for my party at night!  

 

 

 

 

Rustic Party at Santa Barbara Historical Museum

Today’s gray day didn’t impact my passion to explore party news. I found an interesting Mexican party which was held at Santa Barbara Historical Museum in sbchic.com.

This big party for wedding is rustic style. I totally love the burlap decors for dishes and wooden chairs. Turquoise patterns on burlap add the lovely & delicate element to the muted palette of taupe and cream. 

Delicious tacos and churros are popular for this Mexican themed party. The mariachi band sets a happy and excited mood to the party!
