My Experience About A party

During my college life, I have just participated in one parties. So, I want to share my experience with everyone in order to receive some valuable share from others. In my second year in my college, our department held a party called "English Corner". Not everyone can attend, the quantity of people who will attend is by our department. Every student in our department is looking forward to this chance because this is so rare, nobody can be sure that there will be next time. we are waiting for the notice nervously.

The next day morning, I was told by my monitor that I was invited to attend the party. Wow, that's an amazing news. can you imagine how exited I was at that moment. Then, I asked my good friends to company me to choose the prom dress in the city center.

When we went into the dress shop, I watched every dress carefully in order to show myself in the party perfectly and give me a memorable expression. So, I have tried many dresses, at last, I chosen the blue strapless prom dress. I think it very beautiful and suits me much and my friends also agree with my choice.

On that day, I wore my new prom dress to take part in the party, when I came into the party hall, every student was amazed by me. They all said my prom dress was so beautiful. I was so happy to get appreciation from others. That party is my valuable and memorable memory. After listening my share, you also can share your experience with me.

The History Of Party

When you attend a party, will you think about some questions about that, such as when does the name "party" appear? Where does the name come from? Who gives the name? And what is its history? These questions are not necessary for us, we also don't need to know much about it but I think that we should know a little about "party".

In western people's eyes, party is their masquerade. For example,halloween festival. At this day, they will buy many masks and make pumpkin lanterns. They decorate themselves as ghosts to frighten others. Most os us know these custom and tradition. However we don't know his origin. Today, let me tell you some information about it.

According to legend, 2500 years ago, the Celtic people who are living in Ireland thought the October 31st as the last day of every year. The November 1st is the first day of the new year but also a symbol of the winter. Celtic people believed in this old and new transfer of night, the death of God Samhain with the invisible soul to return to earth to be reborn after finding a substitute, they lighted torch, the burning of animal as a tribute to the god of death, the family priest also presided over the ceremonies. In modern life, party become different forms, such as cocktail party and ceremony party. We all like to take part in the party because we can wear beautiful party dresses at that time, what's more, we also can make many friends.
